Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding document between you ("User") and qqclub ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the website, application, products and services offered under the qqclub brand.

Deposits and Withdrawals

For example, if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM150 making the total balance RM250. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.

• Each new user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, converted directly to cash, or moved to another user
• qqclub reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion without prior notice
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is prohibited
• The qqclub VIP programme offers weekly cashback starting from Bronze to Diamond level, with cashback rates ranging from 0.3% to 1.5% depending on your membership tier

Game Rules

All games available on the qqclub platform — covering online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, esports betting, live betting and various other games — are governed by their respective rules, which can be found within the game interface.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
